.308/7.62x51 Caliber BDG Nickel Boron Bolt Carrier Group. We are having these built to our exacting Standards. The Bolt is shot peened and manufactured out of 9310 Tool Steel with a 4140 Machined Extractor. The Carrier is the more common DPMS pattern with a Nickel Boron finish for easier cleaning and provides a slicker surface. The Gas Key is Hardened to USGI Specifications and fastened to the carrier using Grade 8 Hardware, and then properly staked. More information below.

Assembly: 
The assembly requirements for our Bolt Carrier Groups are much higher than most. Before assembling the gas key to the carrier, permatex NO.3D aviation is applied to form-a-gasket around the gas hole (per MIL-SPEC). Then Grade-8 hardware is used to attach the gas key, followed by properly staking per spec. When installing the extractor to the bolt, both the extractor buffer and the crane-o-ring are inserted with the spring. Both are present to insure proper ejection 100% of the time. Then high temperature grease is app to the gas rings before inserting the bolt into the carrier, which allows for much smoother operation. These BCGs are inspected to the highest of standards, to insure a high quality product that is 100% reliable for our customers…PROUDLY MADE IN THE USA!
